Health and Well-being Sessions

At AppleTree we are delighted to help support staff groups with health and well-being sessions. Our fun and interactive sessions help staff groups explore a healthy body and healthy mind. We will look at the basis of a healthy diet and how we can keep to it. We explore healthy levels of physical activity and how they can be incorporated into our daily lives.

We also look at how to reduce stress in all our lives working through laughter yoga activities. Laughter yoga can lead to a happier workforce, increased efficiency, better communication and better teamwork.

Having a healthy mind and body is important for everyone at work as it helps us work our best and reduces levels of stress, illness and absenteeism.

During the 2020 lockdown we have been delivering free remote laughter yoga sessions to organisations to help relieve the stress and anxiety of lockdown. Here are some thoughts about our remote Laughter Yoga sessions run during lockdown -

Our sessions last 40 – 75 minutes depending on your needs and staff group size. We include a healthy lifestyle quiz with a prize for the winner. Our costs are £145 per session or £400 per half day (all including the quiz prize)
